Returns Policy

Because Arab UT provides digital goods such as coins, accounts, and gameplay services, refunds follow strict conditions that protect both parties.

1. Nature of the Digital Product

Coins and accounts delivered to the customer are immediately consumed digital goods and are not refundable or exchangeable after delivery. Once coins are credited or an account is received, the order is complete and cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancellation Before Fulfillment and Administrative Fees

  • The customer may cancel and request a refund before crediting or fulfillment starts.
  • The refund is issued less a 5% administrative charge for non-refundable payment gateway fees.
  • Refund timing: the request is approved within 48 hours. The payment may take 3 to 14 business days to reach the bank account, depending on the bank.

3. Rank and Gameplay Services (FUT Champs / Rivals)

  • Fulfillment guarantee: the customer may request a refund if fulfillment does not start within the agreed period.
  • Rank difference: if the requested rank cannot be fully achieved, the customer may receive the price difference between the requested and achieved rank.

4. Transfer Market Locked

Customer responsibility: the customer must confirm that the Transfer Market is open in the Web or Companion App before ordering.

If fulfillment reveals that the market is locked:

  • The paid amount is not refunded because of payment gateway charges and the reserved fulfillment capacity.
  • The order becomes On Hold and remains as customer credit until gameplay unlocks the market, after which crediting can proceed.

5. Incorrect Information

  • Arab UT is not responsible for delay or loss caused by incorrect platform, account email, or backup code information supplied by the customer.
  • If the wrong product is purchased, such as PC coins instead of PlayStation coins, and fulfillment has not started, support may amend the order and apply any price difference.

6. Gifts and Competitions

Products provided as gifts or competition prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
