Privacy Policy

Last updated:

Welcome to Arab UT, and thank you for trusting us. We respect customer rights and protect personal information under this privacy and confidentiality policy.

1. Information We Collect and Retain

  • Personal information: name, email address, and phone number.
  • EA Account credentials for direct or comfort fulfillment: the EA email, password, and exactly three backup codes required to fulfill the order. They are encrypted at rest and retained without automatic expiry. The verified cart owner can view and edit them, and authorized fulfillment staff can access them to fulfill the order. They are excluded from logs, analytics, and cacheable responses, and are deleted only when the cart item or account is deleted.
  • If you save an EA account, we keep its details encrypted for your next orders, and you can delete it from your profile page at any time.
  • Technical information: cookies needed to support the interaction between the store and customer and improve browsing.

2. How We Use Information

We use information only to fulfill orders, improve service quality, communicate order updates, and send promotional offers when the customer has agreed to receive them.

Order information is visible only to the verified cart owner and authorized fulfillment staff at Arab UT, and is not published or shared with others.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

Arab UT does not sell, rent, or share customer data with outside parties for commercial purposes. Sharing is limited to payment and technical service providers needed to complete purchases securely, or competent authorities when required by applicable law.

We use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Snap Pixel and X Pixel to understand store visits and measure our advertising. These tools never receive your name, email address or phone number, only browsing and order data. You can switch this tracking off at any time from this link and back on from here. Your choice is kept in your browser for one year.

4. Information Security and Confidentiality

No internet service can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We apply protective measures, encrypt sensitive stored information, and restrict access to authorized fulfillment staff.

5. General Provisions

The obligations of Arab UT and its customers are described in the Terms and Conditions. This policy forms part of the relationship between the store and customer.
